Overview
Moment, Inc. ("Moment") engages certain third-party sub-processors to assist in providing our Services. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Moment who agrees to receive personal data from Moment for processing on behalf of our customers.
We maintain this page to provide transparency about the sub-processors we use. We perform due diligence on all sub-processors and ensure they maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

Notification of Changes
We will update this page whenever we engage a new sub-processor or make changes to our existing sub-processor list. Customers who have subscribed to notifications will receive an email at least 30 days before any new sub-processor begins processing personal data.
If you have concerns about a new sub-processor, you may object by contacting us within 30 days of receiving notice. We will work with you in good faith to address your concerns.
